You have something here, but I tend to think that BY-SA would be good enough
and still allow the well intentioned to earn something which may actually
help. I think the SA will probably scare off the usual suspects.
I agree that much of what we see is a result of resistance to current common
abuses and that the creation of a large pool of works to counterbalance
things will prove useful.
