true, but CC-NOBY-SA actually allows something that might not
be possible with just CC-BY-SA. The attribution requirements on
a large enough gift economy using BY-SA might actually start
to weigh down the project. NOBY-SA adds the value of allowing
unlimited authors to contribute without adding overhead per author.

CC-BY-ND doesn't really prevent anything compared to CC-NOBY-ND.
Yes it's redundant to require attribution on a NoDerivs work
if your attribution information is in the work itself, but
it doesn't actually impede anything either.
