Yes, it's just you. We took a vote, and we decided you were abusing
the no-Attribution licenses, so we put a cookie in your browser so you
can't choose licenses without Attribution any more. I'd feel sorry for
you, but you brought it on yourself. I hope you've learned your
lesson.
