No, this is just plain silly. What people object to is the warranty, not
the claims of ownership. If you don't understand how much legal
(pronounced "financial") liability you incur by indemnifying the public
at large, feel free to consult the lawyer of your choice.
You warrant that after reasonable enquiry you believe you have the rights to license the work and that it doesn't invade privacy (etc). You are liable for this anyway. The license explicitly disclaims all other warranties.
But this is all somewhat moot now 2.0 is out.
