I dont think so.

I question the value of such a license simply because the
only group I know of that claims I can't make private
copies of works that I own was someone from the RIAA.
A couple years ago, someone from the record industry
said that people should not convert their CD's into MP3's,
and instead should buy an all new copy of the same song
to play in each location, for instance, your car stereo,
your bedroom, your living room, and your personal MP3
player.
