Not as unreasonable because the US Postal System has been around a long time
relative to URLs. Also, the USPS has been finding people's new addresses
even in cases when people don't use the USPS forwarding mechanism (which I
think the FSF would use). Internet domains and web services, however, have
no analog to this. They're young and incredibly lossy: If one loses their
domain in a dispute, there's no way to compel the new owner of the domain to
forward requests intended for you to you.
