Yes, I believe those meet the DFSG guidelines (and the OSI
guidelines). There's an ongoing question in the Debian community
whether documentation needs to be DFSG free, and what Debian's
position vis-a-vis Open Content is.
There's also the well-publicized controversy over whether, if Debian
has a position on Open Content documentation, the GFDL meets it.
