Right. Is BL3 working OK at this point?

If BL3 is working fine from the floppy boot, then
your only issue is lilo. There are two possible
ways to fix this.

(1) Reformat your "boot partition" to be a DOS
partition and use loadlin.exe to boot BL3. This
is the method I use to boot my system. It has
several advantages.

-or-

(2) Boot your BL3 partition using the floppy and
edit /etc/lilo.conf. Remove the # that is at
the start of the line that puts lilo in your MBR.
Save the new lilo.conf and execute: lilo -v
Reboot without the floppy.
