Yes. You can use a DOS terminal program (like
telix, telmate or commo) and plug it into the
serial port of the Linux machine. You just need
to modify the /etc/inittab file on the Linux
machine to read the serial port and give it
permission to login.
You can also use DOS telnet to connect to a
Linux machine running a telnet server.
