honest question... why 2.2 instead of 2.4?

===================
I've now had a close look at busybox 1.1, 1.2,
1.3 and 1.4 and none of them are suitable for
a 2.2 kernel. Busybox 1.0 still checks for a
2.2 kernel and bypasses code for 2.4 kernels.
However, from version 1.1 the kernel check is
gone and everyone gets 2.4 code.
So, no new busybox for BasicLinux. As long as
we have a 2.2 kernel (which I like very much),
the current busybox is the last one for us.
Cheers,
Steven
