I meant that the entire command could aliased:

alias ftpd='/usr/sbin/pure-ftpd -b -B -c 10 -C 2 -e -K -r -R'

No seperate script necessary, just a line in your /etc/profile (which
is actually a script).

I did some checking around. Not a disparaging world anywhere. Very secure
and adaptable.
