Fairly sure the RAM is O.K.. I know the old thing can only handle 32 MB, and
I
made it have either 16 or 32 MB of RAM. The requirement for floppy
installation
is only 12 MB, right?

Delete anything in the floppy, format with the default settings (made sure it
wasn't quick format), then I used fdimage via DOS as per instructions in the
README.
Oh, I think the RAMDISK error might shed more information with the previous
two
lines:
