You say the # is a mistake. But where did it come from?
The problem with your name server is happening to you
alone. Everyone else who tries your name server with BL3
finds it is working fine. So there is probably some
mistake in what you are doing. We just have to figure
out what it is.

First of all, don't use X for this. You need to see what

What does that say?
Step 2: only do this if Step 1 works without error
