Here is a direct link to that network driver. (save-as)
ftp://ftp.slackware.com/pub/slackware/slackware-7.1/modules/2.2.16/net/eepro100.o

Here is a list of all the drivers.
ftp://ftp.slackware.com/pub/slackware/slackware-7.1/modules/2.2.16/net/

The driver should be inserted into the "/lib/modules/2.2.16/misc" directory of basic linux 3.3 and loaded with "insmod eepro100.o"

I recently got help with this very thing myself. Finding stuff in linux can be very hard if you don't already know where to look. The people here are very understanding and helpful.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

I just wrote the two floppies and booted to baslinux. However I have
trouble setting up the network, because I don't see any eepro100.o or
e100.o modules under /lib/module/*

How can I bring up the ethernet cable?

Jari
