I'm interested in word puzzles and gematria, and I'm looking for any Hebrew word, with the numerical value of 86, that can mean "from," "away from," "out of," or "apart from" (in any context.)

I think that just figuring out the language itself is already quite a word puzzle.

As for gematria, I don’t believe in it, so don’t follow it. But why the numerical value of 86? Why connected with those meanings?

I considered בעדי as a possibility because Strong's lexicon gives "away from" as one of the possible meanings, and I considered לבדים because Strong gives "apart from" as a possible meaning.

Strong was not a Hebrew scholar, so his lexicon is not considered authoritative among those who are Hebrew scholars. As examples, he was wrong on both the terms you tried above.

Do you know of a word with the numerical value of 86 that can mean "from," "out of," or "apart from"?

Nope.
