I know of none, that’s why I asked the question when the claim was apparently made.

but then no BH word follows the pattern you are looking for,
not even BYRNYT --> BYRNYWT where the N is already in the singular.
as opposed to BYRH --> BYRWT.

That’s why I understand that the two times BRNYWT is found in contexts that indicate that these are plural nouns, that they indicate that the singular noun BRNYH was in BH. This is a pattern that is found in Tanakh.
