At http://www.mechon-mamre.org/, you can get the consonantal MT without
nikkud. In the second paragraph, click on the word "Hebrew" in "five
editions in Hebrew" and then, in the first roe, on תנ"ך בכתיב המסורה ללא
ניקוד. Then choose the book that you want.

Well, my reasons were not to aid in the reading of text, but rather show the
different possible readings of the text by changing the niqqud. My project I
am working on is to find alternative readings found in the Septuagint based
soley on the niqqud and tradition that the LXX translators used. Things like
reading MLK as Molek (Hebrew) or Melek (the way the LXX translators read it
as in Lev 22)
