Remember that Isaiah himself refers to Hebrew as 'sfat knaan', implying that
Hebrew was the tongue of not merely Israelite/Judahites/Jews but of all
those Peoples who lived in the area known as Canaan (and presumably its
immediate environs excepting Aramaic).
