Hi Fred,
The short answer is no. However, several of the places mentioned before and
after are known. In general, the northern border of Canaan seems to run north
of todays Baalbek in the central Beqaa Valley. Have a look at Yohanan
Aharoni's Land of the Bible or the Catra/MacMillan Bible Atlas.
