No, I say that the influence is earlier and dates from the period of Hezekiah.
While it is clear Aramaic influence was increasing at the time, I didn't think
it would have effect so soon. But apparently it did. Arad 49 is found in
layer
VIII that everyone agrees (this is pretty hard to get to when it comes to
Arad) was destroyed in 701 BCE. It contains a list of names of donors to
a Temple, and in this context we see the use bny used for 2 persons and
3 persons, with bn used for 1.
