"Thought rhyme" is a common description of parallelism. For those who are interested, Robert Alter, "The Art of Biblical Poetry"; James Kugel, "The Idea of Biblical Poetry"; and Adele Berlin, "The Dynamics of Biblical Parallelism" are excellent places to start.
