Greetings B-Hebrew!

I have a few simple question that hopefully will not take long to explain.
Can someone please tell me how the sentence structure in Psalms 86:11
should be read properly? Can this verse not imply the following: "Teach me
the way that I am to walk, Lord - *In thy truth *unite my heart to fear thy
name." My question as you can see from the bold print is mainly centered
around the later half of the sentence beginning with the noun "emet." Why
does this word always seem to be grouped by translators with the first half
of this sentence and not the second? Is there something that I should know
about the Hebrew sentence structure here that I am missing? Also, why are
there nouns here in the contruct state that are not immediately followed by
another noun absolute or otherwise?

Sorry but I am not sure how to properly do the transliteration and I cannot
seem to be able to copy the Hebrew from my software into this email.

Thanks much in advance,
John Butzu
