I am reading over your last post to me. A "stative usage of the verb" means
"expressing a state or condition, as like, want or believe." So how does
that apply and/or impact the verbal clause, תפלס = *you ... make smooth*, in
Pr. 5:6.
Perhaps if we start here we can make some progress.
