Song of Songs 1:6 -- Radak: XRH; Even Shoshan (dictionary): XRH;
And compare Gesnius-Kautzsch, verbs ל"ה page 221, section 2 -- On Niph'al to
Olshausen or Stade: verbs ע"ע
Jeremiah 6:29, Ezekiel 15:4, Psalm 102:3 -- XRR, but without the horse ('to
make (a voice) horse”')
Isaiah 41:11 and 45:24 -- XRH
