Gn 24:21

Second word: M$T)H ----------- is it absolute or construct?

I'm putting this question because usually Participles hithpa'el ending in heh take, for the absolute, a segol and not tsere under the consonant placed before the heh, as it can be seen in Ps 37:35; Pr 18:9 and so on.

Now, a Hebrew Bible program I have tells it is in construct.
What do you think?
