Wikinfo allows Original Research,
and provides unicodes so that all the letters of the Hebrew alphabet,
including final letters, can be posted.

At the above link is a Wikinfo Article titled:

While I stated the article,
and have only a kindergarten or 1st grade knowledge of Biblical Hebrew,
Garth Grenache, the moderator of YHWHgroup,

has added several in-depth comments concerning this issue,
especially in section # 2.1 titled:
"Can Nethaniah [a.k.a. Nethanyah] be derived from adding Yahweh to
Nathan?"
