Dear Steve,
" וְקָרָאת " = and you will call

This is second person feminine right?
HH: It can be a third person singular as well.

[Steve Miller] Harold, how can this be 3fs as well? 3fs ends with a heh, and this ends with a tav.
Are there other places in the Tanach where the 2fs verb suffix is used to
mean 3fs?

HH: The fact is that the third person singular does not always end with a heh. Sometimes it end with a tav. In GKC #44f notes that rarer forms include the third feminine singular ending in pathach followed by tav "(as in Arabic, Ethiopic, and Aramaic)." They give examples: Deut 32:36; Isa 23:15; Ezek 46:17.

Yours,
Harold Holmyard
