According to Gogel's grammar, final waw representing long U is found in
Arjud 7:1 Y&B(W
Arjud 7:2: YTNW
Arjud 13 YHW (?)
Qasile 1:3 [)]XYHW
Herr 45, 108 YRMYHW
Herr 79 )RYHW
Herr 121 NTNYHW; (BDYHW
Herr 140 Y$(YHW

Final he representing long O is found in
Arjud 14 )$RTH (this is of course, controversial)

No other matres lectionis are attested for final -O.
