Greetings,Nevertheless, as Dave Donnelly reported here on 18th July, the form Y:HOWFH, or something very similar, does occur in the Aleppo codex, at Ezk 3:13 etc. You should check your facsimile at this reference - but make sure that the dot is a holam, and not a revia accent. It is possible that Mechon Mamre has simply regularised the spelling in their edition of the codex.
I am somewhat new here, and am also in search for
answers to divers questions in regards to the Hebrew
texts. Here's what I know about the Aleppo codex:
There is an eletronic version at:
http://www.mechon-mamre.org/i/t/t0.htm
This source does not render Y:HOWFH
although has about:
Y:HWFH 5702 times (ex. Ps. 80:20, Pr. 3:19)
Y:HWIH 304 times (ex. Ezek. 13:9, 47:23)
