I have no problem with you posting this on the mailing group, so that
everyone can see exactly where we stand on this issue of copyrights. In
fact, only yesterday Samuel E. Eerdmans, Vice President of Sales &
Marketing WM. B. EERDMANS PUBLISHING COMPANY, who own the copyrights of
Kittle, I think, has been in touch. I have responded to this query, and
now await for his response once he hears from his legal team.
As I mentioned, I have again been in touch with Mr Doug Ross, at the ECPA,
as they represent many of the publishing houses. We are also examining the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act, especially with respect to the part on
Distant Learning, which might help with what we are doing.
