Firstly thankyou to Brian and Kelton for their help. I understand the
grammatical construction here but this has created a bigger problem.

This can not be referring to the GUILTY surely? Guilt is something that can
be atoned for and is wiped away. The hebrew use of NKH instead of AShAM is
in itself poignant???? The lack of clarification of the use of a
descriptive word telling us WHO or WHAT kind of person this three worded
construction is supposed to be pointing to is a problem. And finally since
GOD says that he will punish the crime of the Father on His son is somewhat
INCONSISTENT with the declarations of Jesus in the New covenant. Since God
says that He is UNCHANGING. The hebrew construction in this instance to
EXPRESS a certain theological thought, it is abundantly lacking in
clarification as to its meaning, IWHO IS THE UNCLEAN PERSON WHO SE CHILDREN
WILL BE PUNISHED???????????? (poor kids)
