I think it would be useful to have a glossary list at
the back containing the words that occur over 100
times in the text. That way, the reader could take it
with him to read at the beach or wherever, and know
that if a word isn't glossed but its meaning still
escapes him, he can look it up at the back. The
student would then have a motivation and a resource to
learn those words in particular.
