Joe, part of that is just getting to know the language and reading, reading,
reading. After a while one just recognizes from the patterns which is which.

The interrogotive prefix occures only once in a question, at the beginning
and never preceded by another prefix, the example you pointed to in Numbers
has several questions.

The examples from 2 Samuel has the prefixes in the middle of sentences,
therefore they cannot be questions.
