The following quote was found at the above link,
under the heading
XII — Fragments Not Given In The Oxford Edition
9. From The Catena On The Pentateuch,
Published In Latin By Francis Zephyrus, P. 146

>>>
That mystic name which is called the Tetragrammaton,
by which alone they who had access to the Holy of Holies were protected,
is pronounced Jehovah,
which means, "Who is, and who shall be."
>>>

The above sentence is said to be an English translation,
of a sentence found in:
The Catena On The Pentateuch,
Published In Latin By Francis Zephyrus, P. 146

The above sentence is also said
to have been originally written by Clement of Alexandria.

Questions:
1. Was this sentence originally written in Greek, by Clement of
Alexandria.

2. If Clement of Alexandria did originally write this sentence in Greek,
did he use a Greek word,
which is normally transliterated into English as “Iaoue”,
when he wrote the pronunciation of the Tetragrammaton?
[or did he possibly use some other Greek form]

3. Do we know what L-a-t-i-n form was used for the Tetragrammaton,
in The Catena On The Pentateuch,
Published In Latin By Francis Zephyrus, P. 146

4. Did whoever translated this sentence into English,
[from the Latin]
take great liberties when he wrote “Jehovah”
as the pronunciation of the Tetragrammaton

5. What part does Nicetas, Bishop of Heraclea, 2nd century,
have in this issue?

For those interested, an article is available identifying the Egyptian
Origins of the Golden Calf in the Sinai narratives. It is argued that the
Calf is drawing from motifs found in the "Cult of Hathor," who had a temple
in the Southern Sinai and Arabah during the Late Bronze/Early Iron Ages,
these Ages being identified with the Exodus by anumber of Scholars (Albright
and Bietak).
