Along with the use of Kittim obviously from
after the arrival of the Phoenicians (9th c.),
along with the late use of Elishah found in
Ezekiel (exile or post exile). All point to late
construction of the part that interests us, ie
Gen 10:4.
As you refuse to use a methodology which
is transparent (and literary sources are not
transparent), I can't see that you can come
to any useful conclusions.
If you have any substantive argument to add,
I'll be happy to read it.
