In English, if I say "you are the same" I mean "you remain unchanged."
As I understand the LXX, it seems to be saying "you are the same one"
though I'm not sure if it could also be saying "you are unchanged":
27 But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.
27 (101:28) su de o autov ei kai ta eth sou ouk ekleiqousin
In the Hebrew, *can* it read "you remain unchanged" or is it "you are
he?"
There seems to be some parallelism going on:
27 But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.
Any exegetical help would be appreciated.
