The same is accepted routinely by everyone for
9:2.
BHS may emend to lo), but the NJPS translates: "For if there were to be any break of day...." and notes: 'So 1QIs(a), the others have "there is not."'
So apparently NJPS is reading luw? Anyone have the Qumran Isaiah?
