<Bill>
The question has arisen on another list on the possibility that in the 1st
century, "today" (among Jews) might not mean "today" but rather "truly I
say" or "sometime soon" or some other idiomatic usage.

Is anyone aware of such? This wound up on this list because of an alleged
appeal to Deuteronomic idioms.

Many thanks,

Bill Ross
