Is there a copy of the BHS on the web I can download sections from
and paste into a word document?

I'd be interested to see responses to this.  I'm not sure if there are other,
more direct sites for this, but I assume that for strictly personal use many
use basic ASCII text from sites such as
gopher://ccat.sas.upenn.edu:3333/11/Religious/Biblical/.

This may take a bit of old-fashioned manual editing.  First, depending on
operating system, you probably will need to convert upper case text to lower
case.  Next, make sure the letters are converted to right-to-left
arrangement.  Then, if you wish to view the text in Hebrew script, you can
set the font format using a font of the standard Michigan-Claremont format,
such as SPTiberian.ttf in a Windows setting.  Finally, you may need to check
for minor differences in fonts (i.e., some use $ for shin, while others use
#).

There are other sites where you can also access the BHS for personal reading
copied from text/html format to WordPerfect or Word if you have the
corresponding font(s) in your fonts directory.  I'm interested in finding out
what others have to say on more time-efficient methods (switching case,
right-to-left, etc.).

Thank you all,
