Looks like it to me, according to my copy of __The Dead Sea Scrolls
Study Edition__ (Eerdmans, 2000, 2nd ed., ISBN 0-8028-4493-6).

5:9 appears to be a citation from Leviticus 18:13 with minor deviations
from the Masoretic text, but nothing out of the ordinary.

It's <taw-qoph-resh-beth> tiqereb" instead of tegaleh
<taw-gimel-lamed-heh>, though tegaleh does appear in 5:10. Hope this helps
and apologies for the unconventional transliterations.
