this is a non-semantic term, i assume.
it sounds like it might be going in the direction of turner---mcfall, a
non-used, non-usable language. i.e. a dead-end.
on the other hand, you may be getting close to recogising that these hebrew
'gizmos' are able to be used in various contexts to make both time
references and aspectual references, even though they do not absolutely
encode one or the other.
if so, welcome.
but you'l still need to fix your veqatal//yiqtol and vayyiqtol//qatal
thing.
