Oddly I retried the summons that failed and a few of them succeeded the
second time around. As for the rest, I discovered I had a Source Mage
chroot environment from back in 2014 and had almost all the missing sources
I needed in it, except for sources for the linux and text-formattable
spells. I had an updated text-formattable spell in a local grimoire, which
I had updated to the current version back in 2010. The current version,
1.03, was released in 2009.

Anyway, I have another cast running. I'll see how much of the install queue
can be cast without linux.
