Peng Chan: By all means, Do it! ;-)

Really, a combined gcc spell has been on my agenda for long, with the unknown
complication of maintaining it besides the split spells. I welcome a decision
to drop the single spells for three main reasons:

1. It saves time.
2. It saves trouble (no possible mismatch in g++/gfortran and gcc version).
3. It does not break things in mysterious ways (OK, that is my hope).
I mean such:
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=40583
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=40584

I still cannot promise to invest time on this, but you have my moral support
all the way:-/

Well, from glancing at sm-discuss, I gather that ada build likes to be
broken...

Alrighty then,

Thomas.
