Seems like a good start to me even though it's a bit complicated.
Alternatively, after step 3) we could generate a not-yet-submitted
stable grimoire for all the ppl that wanna test it so that they can use
it to make a `sorcery system-update` and sort out what cast fine and
what doesn't (kindof what would do Prometheus indeed ;)). Then apply
stage 5) as well.
