- Subject: [ocba] Too much drone brood?
- Date: Fri, 7 May 2010 18:28:42 -0400
Hi fellow beekeepers,
Went into the hive today and noticed there were a lot of drones and a significant amount of drone brood as well as capped brood, eggs and larvae. We didn't see the queen, but didn't spend too much time looking for her either. Everything else seems to be ok. The question is, should I be worried or is this normal?
Thanks for your help!
Jenn
