At some point and time a specialist like this will be needed. Been there done
that and probably will again. Practice, practice and training are needed to
keep the edge. There are classes and semiars around the country - finding out
when & where is the problem.

What is your opinion of using a man tracker with your unit? What extra
training should they get and how would you select a member for a tracker?
