Prone to mold and often a toxic mold down around the soil surface.
Has the dangers of ll sprouts if in a flat. Those who do this
professionally often use copper spray (and you can see it on their
flats ) or EM or something like that to control this problem. You can
grow a lot and not have a problem but, if your do! -Allan in WV, who
used to grow wheatgrass
