I will keep that in mind Steve. So far, that has not been my experience and I have used tech support a few times in the 18 or so months that I have been with them. I will be aware of those issues in the future though.

I could not be happier with Aplus.net at www.aplus.net . There fees
arereasonable and there are no hidden agendas. They serve mainly
businesses
and act very professionally.

I've been an early adaptor to the internet, even before the web! I remember
telnet. I've worked as web designer and have worked with dozens of ISPs.
Hand down, aplus.net was the WORST I have ever experienced. I can go into
details if you like but with so many options, I can't imagine giving these
horrible people your money. Pray you never need tech support! The smiles end
at the sales department.
