my treo 650 was great, i just got rid of it because the cost of the internet service was high and i didn't use it often enough to justify the expense. chattermail is an excellent mail client (pop/imap/smtp-auth all with ssl) and pssh for accessing all of my linux servers. plus tons of other palmOS apps, and it synced nicely with jpilot on my ubuntu desktop.
