While I agree Saturn has problems with A/C vanes, I never had
the problem you describe. In fact, Saturn twice replaced my A/C
vanes. Perhaps you have a newer Saturn built differently from
the one I had (a '93 SL2).

As far as resale value, I again disagree. Of course, I had the
unique experience that the value of my car went *up* in the
first year. Yes, I said *up*. I bought my Saturn right before
the Saturn workers went on strike. Since they were in big
demand right then, and while on strike they obviously weren't
being made, demand for recently made ones was at a high and
prices reflected that. It was a unique set of circumstances
that I don't believe we'll see ever again, but it was kind of
cool to look up the value of a car and see it increase. :-)
